Save on Prescription Costs With The Sensipar® Pharmacy Card
Eligible patients can reduce out-of-pocket costs for their Sensipar® prescriptions if they enroll in the Sensipar® Pharmacy Card Program. By using the card, out-of-pocket Sensipar® costs can be as low as only $5.00.
Most patients who have commercial prescription insurance are eligible to participate in the program. The patient is responsible for the first $5.00 of out-of-pocket costs. Then, the Sensipar® Pharmacy Card will pay up to $500 per month (up to $3,000 every 6 months) to cover out-of-pocket costs for Sensipar®. The Sensipar® Pharmacy Card covers copayments, co-insurance and prescription deductibles.

Eligibility Criteria
The Sensipar® Pharmacy Card is available to most patients who have commercial prescription insurance. This program is not open to uninsured patients or patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government-funded insurance programs (for example, Medicare, including Medicare Part D, Medicaid, etc.) or patients who live in Massachusetts (or where prohibited by law).
